Project Coordinator

SkyWheel Helsinki Oy is looking for a PROJECT COORDINATOR to join their team.SkyWheel Helsinki is a 40-meter Giant wheel in the heart of Helsinki that was opened up in 2014. Yet, with our other global business operations within the amusement & leisure industry we have been active for more than 30 years. This is where you would come in play.

We are now looking for a person that can support our team with ongoing projects worldwide that are related to (dis)assembly & relocation of amusement rides and expansion & investments within the industry. The position is full time but can also be optimized for a suitable candidate that is available part time (min. 50%) only.

As a PROJECT COORDINATOR you are responsible for:

SALES SUPPORT

  • Preparing sales materials, contracts, invoices and other related
  • Updating and managing website, product catalogues, client lists and other various documentation
  • Handling customer inquiries mostly via email


PROJECT COORDINATION

  • Support our team(s) and manage local provisions in global relocation and growth projects
  • Handling logistical challenges and prepare required logistics documentation with our network of partners.
  • Manage stakeholder relations and prepare various presentations.


OTHER:
Since we are a small company, occasional support for the operations team at SkyWheel will be a part of the job. Any business interests or specific skills, where you see that you could benefit us (such as digital marketing or sales), will also be noted and can be incorporated as a part of the job.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience in commercial business, project management and/or logistics 2-4 years.
  • BA or higher in management, international business, logistics, economics, marketing or other relevant
  • Pro-active and capable of handling time pressure.
  • Fluent in English and adequate language skills in Finnish. Other language skills (such as German) are seen as an advantage.
  • MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) required. Other IT skills are seen as an advantage.
  • Prepared to work outside of regular office hours and prepared to travel if necessary
  • Valid driver’s license
